Supplier terms and conditions of trade including notice and cancellation requirements can be viewed once registration has been processed by asdoo.com.

4. How can my staff learn about loading products on asdoo.com?

Loading and managing a meeting or function venue on asdoo.com is very similar to loading and managing an accommodation venue online.

Suppliers have the opportunity to make an online booking for a function or meeting room and sample the entire conference venue search, comparison and booking process firsthand using one of the test properties.

Ongoing support is provided by asdoo.com’s Product Development team.

Yes, asdoo.com makes selling meeting and function venues online as easy as selling guest rooms online, and exposes venues to a wide range of buyers.


7. How and when will I be notified of accommodation bookings?

Suppliers will be notified of every individual booking twice; by email in real time when the room is booked, and by an emailed guest list at midnight on the day immediately prior to guest arrival.


8. How and when will I be notified of conference room bookings?

Suppliers will be notified by email in real time when the room is booked, and electronically updated in asdoo.com function arrivals listings.


9. Do I have to package my rooms?

Asdoo’s patented "F&B Manager" makes package-creation fast and easy, makes your rooms more search-relevant, makes your hotel search results page "stickier", and helps customers conduct faster, more relevant searches. Special inclusions for items other than F&B can also be added to your packages manually.


10. Where does asdoo.com operate?

Asdoo.com sells accommodation, meeting and function rooms from venues all over Australia to our worldwide customer base.


11. How will asdoo.com handle specific conferencing detail requests and enquiries like catering?

Suppliers have the opportunity to enter all relevant information about their venues including catering options and menu items, and customers enter all their requirement details in the appropriate fields to complete their search requests and receive confirmation of their bookings. Menus can be updated by suppliers as often as required.

Customers also have the opportunity to detail any special requests in a purpose-designed field.


12. Does asdoo.com allow conference and function venue bookers to change or update their booking details, and how and when will altered booking details be communicated to suppliers?

Asdoo.com customers can return to our website as often as required to update details like delegate numbers, F&B requirements and AV requirements, up to 3 days prior to event commencement. Final confirmation of complete event details will be emailed three days prior to event commencement.


13. How does asdoo.com handle accommodation requests for conference delegates?

Customers searching for venues capable of hosting multi-day conference events with accommodation enter their accommodation requirements into their search criteria. Asdoo.com displays suitable venues with available room allocations.

Suppliers please note that to show up in these search results you will need to allocate sufficient vacant guest room inventory to accommodate the number of delegates entered by the customer in their venue search request.


14. How can I link my property to asdoo.com events and attractions listings?

Asdoo.com will highlight venues located nearby our highlighted events and attractions, and will alert those venues of the opportunity to package their products to take full advantage of those listings.


15. How much staff time is required to load and manage multiple products for 365 days?

Asdoo.com has been designed to make selling your products online as fast and easy as possible. Every possible shortcut has been incorporated into site navigation and loading product for our 12 month booking calendar. Suppliers can choose to micro-manage their products loaded on asdoo.com to the most exacting degree, or they can choose "set and forget" defaults which will automatically manage allocations year-round.

Managing asdoo.com’s year-round booking calendar takes no longer than managing a typical 28 day last minute website.


16. What is the largest conference or function event asdoo.com will accept bookings for?

Events of up to 5 days duration can be booked on the asdoo.com website. The number of delegates is limited only by the event venue’s capacity and the number of guest rooms allocated by individual suppliers.


17. What is the smallest conference or function event asdoo.com will accept bookings for?

The shortest time a venue is available on asdoo.com is a half day. The minimum number of attendees depends entirely on the booker.
